A great coach will only get you so far without at top tier quarterback. See Andy Reid, top 2 coach in the league, won 100+ games with 2 different teams, made it to the SB with McNabb, helped get Alex Smith as close to a SB as he could. But wasn’t gonna win without an elite quarterback. Now he has that, and you see how it’s going so far. 3 straight AFCCG, 2 straight SB, and the current 2 seed. It takes both to make it work long term.

Firing Fangio to turnaround and hire Quinn is odd.

I still feel like they end up with an offensive minded HC.

Lol. Matt Ryan is your new QB, Donks.

Your new coach likes him. Your cheap asshole front office likes him because his contract number is so ****ing high and the Broncos have cap space to take the hit for a couple years. Meanwhile, they're doing the Falcons a favor by taking on that deal, so the draft compensation owed to Atlanta won't be that high.

Yep. It's aaalllllll falling into place for you. Your awesome balls super talented roster led by Matty Ice.

Knowmo will tell us all how they got a QB close to as good as Rodgers (lol) at a fraction of the cost, and probably got to keep their 1st round pick, so in the end, this was the true #Patonplan, where the Broncos are playing chess and everybody else is playing checkers.

Sounds like Arthur Smith wants Matt Ryan, so I don’t think he’s even an option for the Broncos.

The Seahawks have no intention of trading Wilson.

Same with the Packers and Rodgers.

You’re looking at Jimmy G as the best option.

I think they draft a QB at 9.

That article I linked earlier gave it away. Quinn wanted Paton back when he was interviewing for jobs years ago right before he took the Falcons job.

He’s definitely better than Fangio but not good enough

I’m not even a fan of EB as a HC in the NFL, but he would be a better option than Dan Quinn.

Going from Fangio to Quinn is like punting on third down.

They are 15 million over the cap and trading him brings like 30m relief. I think they will try.

And then do what? Starting over at QB is not going the way teams think. That mailing it in for what could be years.
