Probably be too windy for me on the 90th floor of a high-rise. I'd still open it to see though.

I don't see a problem with opening windows at any height. It's not like it's gonna suck you out.

I don't think I'd have any problem sitting next to an open window at any height, as long as it's small and high up off the floor so I can't trip and accidentally fall out of the building.

It'd freak me out to be too high and next to an open window. I'd be worried about slipping on a banana peel or something.

I wouldn't stick my head out or anything, but I would stand up against the wall and peek down for a few seconds before diving back to the floor and crawling to my desk.

I'd open it all the way up, but the window would definetly have to be above my waist. If the window were below there, I'd be kind of freaked out.

Bob Dole once lived on the 19th floor of a building in Springfield, MO and we would not only open the window, but sit out on the ledge beneath it.

I always open swindows, because I fart a lot.
In fact, when I enter someone's office, they open the window instinktively (sic) I would open a window the higher up it is, that way I could flip off the terrorists as our missiles blow up their plane |

I wish the little windows on the observation deck of the St. Louis Arch opened up.

The highest floor I ever worked on was 51. On really windy days, the building would sway enough to make water slosh in the toilets, and you could definitely feel the swaying and hear the creaking. Probably not a good idea not to have windows capable of being opened that high up.
