Watch another AFCW team sign him after he clears to try to “pick his brain” lolol

He’s completely unaware
He can’t catch
He’s clueless to his responsibilities
He never looks for the ball
Even his angle for the pitch was horrible

His only strength is “here’s the ball, run with it” he has wiggle snd can break arm tackles snd plays with a good pad level.

Everything else is missing

The most astonishing part of all of that?

He’s been coached by the absolute best coach of running backs I’ve seen in this league in Bienemy.

If you can’t “get it” with him as your OC, you have no chance anywhere else.

He was given plenty of time to make the leap. By cutting him now he has a chance to make the jump to another team.

It’s an afterthought because we won the game and did so going away, but had we not scored a TD that drive and lost by a FG or something, that play would’ve gone down as one of the biggest boneheaded gaffs in the history of post season sports. I was baffled at it for the same reason you were. My ****ing 10 year old knows that rule on top of the general principle of “run until the whistle blows”. I mean, how many times a week do we see players around the league pick up the ball after a clear as day incompletion or ball out after the whistle, but the player picks it up a runs anyway because, ****, why not? Let the refs stop you with a whistle. This moron had an NFL playoff game special teams TD and he just stood there. Was done with him then.

We’re so happy to have you here, Darwin. Let me ask you a few questions. If you were to attack Pat Mahomes, what’s the best way to get to him?

Darwin Thompson:

Pat Mahomes favorite color is red.
