CP Census

The strip club thread got me pissed off about idiotic-waste of time legislation, and it appeared that most of the posters in that thread were in agreement for once, and somehow that led to me wondering what the demographics of the planet are.

Don't know if this has been done, but I don't think so. I'm curious to find the average Chief's Planeteer. I'm far too lazy to come up with the required survey(s), but I know we have a few resident experts that might also be interested?(Rain Man) I'd suggest a blind poll.

My guess:

Age: 34.2
84% of planeteers are male
88% Caucasian
72% Protestant Christian
Average number of children per planeteer: 1.2
Average Household Income: $385k (Dane skews this one)
Average Median Household Income $62.4k
89% Chief's Fans
77% Cardinal's Fans
52% KU Fans (Must pick one school for all sports (COMOCHIEF!))
80% of planeteers are bald with a goatee
42% of planeteers are from Missouri
40% of planeteers currently reside in Missouri
82% of planeteers have been to a strip club
0.026% of planeteers have been to a gay bar (Buck?)

Now that there is a poll, please don't be offended if you can't find a particular category that fits and have to select other or N/A etc.

There is no way in hell I can put all religions, races, states, teams, etc on any poll. Let alone a VBulletin poll.

Too funny. I just signed on after talking to the census chick that showed up at the front door.

I tried a couple of the Betty White jokes....I think the census chick is getting sick of hearing them.

Where is the public poll option? I'm not going to bare all in here.

After all, it is illegal now.

I can't figure out a poll, I guess I can try again, but I think it will get screwed up.

With all the new server stuff coming, is it possible for us to get some variable poll answers in here? Let us start polls that have a "fill" in the blank or something....

As for a poll on here... I guess you could go with the standard 18 or younger, 19-25, 26-30, 31-35 kinda bullshit...

Have a signed Brooks Robinson jersey framed and hanging.

Although we both know baseball died when Cal Ripken retired.

My best attempt at a poll is now up. It will easily get screwed up by people who want to screw it up (Checking more than one per category.) Best I can figure out with current CP Polling options though.

So that wasn't there when I first looked at the thread, right? Do you want us to re-enter our info into it?

Yeah, it's no where near as exact, but it is a lot easier to keep track of and people are more likely to fill this out.

I have a bad feeling people might screw it up a little, but hopefully not.

I was limited to 50 options, so had to narrow categories and certainly can't allow for all 50 states, 32 football team options, etc.

Awesome. I loved Brooks, saw him play many times at old Memorial Stadium. Those were great teams. Both my sons idolized Ripken. My oldest son was on a Southwest flight back from Vegas to Baltimore a few months ago and Cal was on the same plane. They talked for a while and he got a couple of pictures. The idea of Ripken climbing on board a Southwest flight with all the rest of the commoners struck me as funny.
