They essentially ruined Hill's reputation and cost him millions...for nothing.

Never let that pig of a human, Fat Brooke off the hook. There needs to be local public ramifications...they shouldn't be able to walk away unscathed. She needs to be run out of town along with Mellinger.

They need to be constantly heckled and shamed... the same way they brought that humiliation on an innocent man. Let's see how they like being a target of a witch hunt...one they actually deserve.

Teach them that their words come with a price...

I hope Hill, at least, comes at them with a law suit....even if he doesn't win.

If someone did this to me...I would use every resource at my disposal to see them held accountable.

The only possible action is false light, if they knowingly did selective reporting with the intention of making Hill look bad. That would be a hard case to make, and would probably be removed from the jurisdiction in any trial.

I have to ask, are we sure the incident in college even occurred at this point? Based on the info we have, I might be wrong to say this but she has lost all credibility overall to me considering some of the things (like creating a doomsday audio recording) and I know he’s admitted to it but couldn’t that have just been conditions of the plea bargain he accepted?

Yeah, it could be all made up....but he accepted the plea so that's that.

Legally, it never happened because it's been expunged.
