I think the same could be said at WR. It's just very unlikely they bench Hardman, and Moore's snaps are only going to grow with JuJu and MVS racking up snaps too.

Where are there snaps to be earned?

RB? The Chiefs simply are not going to bench Clyde, though they may reduce his snaps. The Chiefs like McKinnon and Pacheco, who they're not going to bench when December arrives. I don't think there are snaps there.

Two places, in order of likelihood:

RT -- Wylie is JAG and Niang is imaginary
DT -- a snap-hole opened up in the wake of Wharton's injury

These are the only two positions that make sense to me.
What the hell is this post?

Lol. “Look at all these shitty players we have, can’t bench any of them!”

They're absolutely, positively not going to bench Frank Clark. Lack of production aside, even accounting for how bad he's played so far (even though he played well against the Bills).

Dude is a leader of the DE position group, whether we like him or not.

We can moan about it, but he's not getting benched.

Clark wasn't the reason we lost to the Bills. He applied pressure pretty frequently, even would have had a sack had Thornhill not run into him. But yeah, he has gigantic motor issues right now and his continued "sickness" issues drive me up the wall. He's also a garbage human being.

But he isn't the reason we lost. The closest we can get to a single player who cost us that game was Von Miller. The Chiefs need an answer for him, and right now they don't have it on the roster.

With the Panthers collapsing, I'd take a hard look at Taylor Moton -- don't even know if he'd be within orbit of the trade block, but I'd look really hard at him.

His cap number next year is gargantuan, but the first year of his contract when he was 27 was a $4m cap hit, which we've just opened up. Maybe we re-work his deal if we trade for him. He's 28 or 29, and we saw how amazing Mahomes is when he has an elite RT. (He's amazing anyway, but yeah.)

We're almost certainly not going to pay Orlando Brown, given what he wants and how he's playing. Draft a LT early and keep him cheap for the next few years while Moton devours cap space.

Just a thought.

Isaiah Wynn, but he's more of a left tackle.

Andre Dillard?

Nate Solder?

Laremy Tunsil?

3 main reasons we lost...

Mahomes first pick in the endzone...

Reid calling timeout when the Bills had 3rd and 12 at the 1 with 1:14 or so left in the half. If we stop them we get the ball back with 35 seconds left and time for a drive from midfield with 2 TO's, no need to give them time on the clock there if they convert....

Not being more agressive with the lead and the ball in the 4th quarter...

You are right, Frank Clark was a contributor to the good side on Sunday.

Honestly the Bills gave the damn ball away on the first drive, and Mahomes threw three TDs which were all called off before MVS gave up the ball in the end zone. I don't see that being a long term issue.

Those other two issues you mention are real problems, though. But it's what you get with Reid. I don't know how you fix that.

You can fix the fact that the HOF passrusher the Bills acquired wreaked havoc on a backup guard playing full time RT snaps.

That last thing is very fixable, and I imagine it's on the top of their shopping list right now.
