I'm not a long standing Chiefs fan like many of you here. I've been cheering for this team for about 30 years and have not had my heart trampled on like some of you.

I get the fact that the Charger loss was a gut punch. But we have lost 3 games to great teams by a total of what? 7 points. Good teams lose. Hell, NE just lost to Miami.

I'm worried about this game but I think we will win because we have PM now. This D scares the hell out of me but I can't believe people have lost all hope. We can beat this trash !

Just more proof that the Chiefs have no clue how to evaluate defensive talent.

Lol that’s ridiculous.

It happens all of the time, especially with talented rosters. We got Ware and Parker from the Seahawks as well. Does that mean they don’t know how to evaluate RB’s and safeties?

When McDougald was on the roster we actually had a solid group of safeties. He’s just now developed into a good player. There’s no way of knowing that an UDFA will finally turn into a good player in his 6th ****ing year on his third team.

I think there’s a lot of weaknesses on that Seattle defense that can and will be attacked.

It’s very important to survive the early surge of energy in that stadium. Can’t fall behind early. In fact, hopefully we can get out to an early lead and cool the crowd down.

How about this stat:

In 2018, the Seahawks have faced 3 top 5 PPG offenses (Rams twice, Chargers).

They lost each game, and their defense allowed 31.3 PPG. Two of them at home.

Bradley actually looked good in preseason for us, I was hoping we would keep him.

The main reason Chiefs fans are panicking about the Seahawks is the fact that they hadn't paid attention to them this season until we barely beat the Ravens. And then people realized they rush the ball a lot. And then people saw the Monday night prime time game where they shut down the Vikings offense and people thought we were dealing with the Seattle defense of old. And then people figured it was like playing the Ravens again but on the road. And then we lost to the Chargers and people convinced themselves we're doomed.

A lot of path dependency and flaws in the above. It's not an easy game by any stretch, but they're not exactly our quasi-kryptonite like the Ravens. Their defense can be exploited and their OL is vulnerable to our pass rush. Yes, they're going to run all over us, but Mahomes is going to throw all over them.

Did you know NYC gets more rain than Seattle? Sleep on that little nugget.

In the end either this offense can deal with weather or it can't. Weather isn't going to get better.

Lol... Reading posts here.. Its fairly obvious you guys do,not watch many hawks games. Keep in mind... While amazing as he has been... Mahomes has lost all 3 big games this season.... He also had 8 turnovers in those 3 games.. No team has ever won a sb with a D ranked lower then 24..., you guys are 31..... Your offense is fantastic and I fully expect you will score plenty of points . we have lost 6 games by less then 30 points I believe ... Wilson keeps us in every game . Wilson is something like 22-5 in primetime so far . Don't underestimate this team at home after a embarrassing loss to,the 9ers.... Our stadium is a tough place to play... Our edge rushers get a little more pep and we need this game too..... Don't be surprised if we win.....we scored in the 30s on the rams both games ... And rushed for over 200 both games... If Mahomes gets gutsy and turns the ball over... We will most likely make him pay.... Odds are Wilson won't turn it over... Our run game should keep your possessions at a minimum .... And our d simply plays better at home.... Remember .. We have lost 9 games by 10 or more pts since Wilson has been here.... This game win t be a blowout ....

I love how the 3 games KC lost are the only big ones they played apparently. Weird how that works.

I won’t claim to have watched all Seahawks games, but I’ve certainly saw enough to know that your offensive line is still an AIDS fire and they won’t be able to protect Wilson against KC. If Seattle doesn’t run the ball with success all throughout this game, they will be in trouble because they’re going to give up points to KC. Seattle hasn’t stopped a good offense when they’ve played this year, and now you’re playing the best the league has to offer. Your defensive line is just ok, Frank Clark can be a problem somewhat but KC has one of the better tackle duos in football if not the best.

No one is scared of your personnel on either side of the ball. It’s a one man show on both offense and defense for Seattle, and that won’t be enough. Mahomes is going to sling the pill across the yard with a string attached to your ball bag, with each perfect pass yanking on it a bit, sending pain through your body and fear through your soul. Prepare thy anus.

EDIT: Also, fair warning—someone is going to hop on here and tell you to kill yourself within the next 12 hours. Tough scene.
