Paxton Lynch

Qb from Memphis, on ABC right now against Ole miss.

He's endorsed by Sacofbats so, take caution, but I'm intrigued

Haha

Pick a side

Side a

Osweiler (12m cap)
1st round pick
3rd round pick

Side b

Sanchez (4.5 cap)
Lynch (about 2m cap)
Stephenson (4m cap)

If you pick side b, stab yourself in the penis repeatedly.

By going from Osweiler to Sanchez/Lynch, Elway only saved about 5m in cap space for 2016 and then spent that money on Donald Stephenson who isn't even an upgrade over Schofield.

Sanchez is probably going to rape us because that is normally how things go for the Chiefs.

If I'm a Denver fan, i'd much rather have Osweiler, Jack and Sheldon Day over Mark Sanchez, Donald Stephenson and Paxton Lynch....but I'm glad Elway went the direction he did.

If Elway could've gotten Brock for one year at $12M he probably would've done that. It's the other $60M over the next three years that makes Brock undesirable.

Yes, he does. This part is ironic: "all you are doing is quoting some shit you read." I've seen more than one poster repeat the bullshit that Lynch never worked from under Center, even though he did just that in his first two years of college football and actually had to adapt to the Spread; working from Shotgun and Pistol. Not to mention that he did it as well in short yardage and Goal Line situations while they were predominantly Spread. But idiots will keep parroting "Lynch took 0 drops from Center!!!11!! He can't play QB!!11! LULZ!!!!!"

That's just stupid.

Houston can cut him after 2 years and save 15m against the cap.

It's basically a 2 year contract where Brock would earn the next 2 years.

If he didn't play as well as hoped, he would be cut.

Brock left because he (along with Danny, Malik and others) felt disrespected by Elway.

Oz was leaving. He got a contract that was far above his worth and the Broncos would have been stupid to pay it. By the way, did you watch Schofield play? He struggled mightily. Stephenson is an upgrade for now and Scho can continue learning.

You really need to quit thinking Malik's reeruned comment was taken seriously by anyone or held a grain of truth in it. Trevathan left for the money and good on him. Osweiler is a soft bitch that somehow thought he had earned any respect let alone enough respect to prevent him getting benched for PFM. A move which was 100% correct for a crucial win on the road to the SB. Any backup QB who puts himself in front of the team winning a SB is a soft bitch that needs to go.

no he hasnt.

he won one with a super star gifted to him.

he wasnt a head coach in any others.

if you need it clarified: he will never win anymore super bowls as a head coach. He has only won one as a head coach
because the league let him stand next to Manning.

Oz got $37 MIL guaranteed from Houston. He left for the money because his agent told him to. Malik left for the money because he was cashing in on his play from a contract year. I think letting Trevathan go was a mistake, but time will tell. Either way they could have kept him if they wanted to. But continue on with the High School Drama take on Denver's Free Agency period by all means.

Dude. I was in Stephensons corner since drafted and all he did was get lots of oppotunities and failed EVERY TIME to improve at all.

He was given LEGIT chances to start at both OT spots every year and never stepped up (except the few games before getting busted for PEDs) and seemingly didn't know who to block 5-7 times per game.

Everybody that has followed the Chiefs laughed when the guy got more than league minimum....it made it even better that he got 5m per from Denver.

Chris Clark was a MUCH better OT and Elway traded him for a 7th iirc.

Funny that Elway let Brock walk then spent the savings on Stephenson.

I can't wait to see Houston and Ford go right by him.

Lynches ceiling is Brock Osweiler...2 years from now once everybody good on your defense is getting top dollar in Denver or elsewhere.

Think about that for a second.

Also, if Elway truly was fine letting Brock leave...why did he offer him 16.5m per year to stay?
