IIRC, all six of the drops last night hit all of the receivers in their hands. Not perfect placement by any means, but the receivers all had their dick beaters on every one of those dropped passes. No idea what the hell that's all about.

And in fact, how many of Mahomes' INT's have been tipped off our receiver's hands now? 7? 8? Infuriating. Fire the catching coach.

I've read 8; my memory was 7.

But yeah, an absolutely ridiculous amount. And many of them deep in the opponents territory.

I didn’t realize that was Surtain that let up.

I’d be pissed if a Chiefs defender did that. If you don’t want to light the dude up at least try to push him out. But in reality, you should probably at least try to tackle the ball. Not sure if he could have kept Mahomes out but we’re lucky he didn’t get a shot there.

This one was one of those really difficult plays that he made look easy:



I distinctly remember watching that play and thinking "uh on - there's nobody open..."

Oakland had defended it well and then Mahomes just threw it where he knew Hill was headed and Hill broke into space right before the ball got there. It looked like an easy pitch and catch but before that ball was out, it looked bottled up.
