I don't want Favre back. I want Ratlif to compete at QB or draft another one. I want a HC that will play aggressive defense and have an unpredictable offense.

my standards are high, and I would hate if we hire someone who's just better than Herm.

Besides Mangini is pretty bad, this is a coach who's team passed at the opposing teams 1 yard line on 4 downs. He pretty much forced the teams best LB out. And couldn't get his team to seal the deal in the final 4 weeks despite playing against much inferior opponents.
