-- If you could ask Andy Reid one question.

What would that question be?

Mine = Why did KC go away from the play on offense that worked ever damn time against the Bengals in the second half of last year's AFC Championship game? (which was loading strong on the right and lobbing back over the left side to Mckinnon. Dude was getting 8 yds per (practically.) For such an accomplished coach - that was mind-bottling!

How close were you to making the switch to Mahomes in 2017 and do you think that season turns out differently if you had?

I mean that 7-game stretch that included the 4 game losing streak had some god-awful offensive performances in there. Lord knows many of us were shouting from the rooftops to go to Mahomes because we just didn't think Smith could get us over the top.

Unsurprisingly, he couldn't. But by not making the move we were able to get Smith traded for Fuller who was instrumental in the '19 championship. And I believe the 3rd rounder turned into Nnadi who was also quite useful.

Definitely why they didn't run more against the Bengals in the second half.

This has always been intriguing. I think we would've went on a mean run. Mahomes was too young to know any better, and there wasn't any tape on him yet, so I don't know if anyone would've been able to slow him down enough to beat us in the playoffs. It sure as hell would've been fun to watch.

Do you think it might me a good idea to hire someone that understands clock management a little better, to hang out with you on the sidelines?
