it seems like dark is the thing these days. everyone is afraid to go with the original brighter colors when it comes to Superhero costumes. Probably too much of a cheese factor.

i was big in the smallville days. just couldn't get into arrow (although i did watch the season finale last night. not bad).
after watching the preview, i could give the flash a chance.

It does look like the series in general is going to be much lighter than arrow, though (daylight shots, color palate, etc). Which I think is good. Makes it its own show. And you can't get much cheesier than the logo.
