Would rather have Curtis Samuel over Juju.
Flame away!

That’s why I’d like him. Cheap coming off injury looking to prove himself

For all the talk of Sammy not being/staying healthy...
OBJ has only played one more game than Sammy over the last three seasons. |

Me either. Some guys "get it." He doesn't. No coincidence that Baker plays better minus OBJ.

I'd pass on OBJ for Watkins because we know that playoff Sammy is phenomenal.

I would only be interested in Obj on a super cheap one year prove it deal
If we’re looking for a longer term guy, no way or want him |

OBJ could be on a vet minimum deal and it still wouldn't be worth the headache.
Finding a reliable TE2 is a bigger concern considering how important Kelce is.

C'mon man to all the people saying they wouldn't want OBJ on a cheap deal. Key word there being CHEAP. Are you serious right now?! If the Chiefs repeat and Sammy plays a nice role in that I could see him back here next year. If not, I personally would be ready for a change whatever that may be.

So do you want Demarcus Robinson for 16 games as your #2 WR or OBJ for ten (including healthy for the playoffs)? Again, I am going off the assumption OBJ could be had for an extremely cheap one year prove it deal. I think we have plenty of alphas in the offensive huddle in Reid, Mahomes, Kelce to keep personalities in check. I for one am at least willing to take the chance until proven otherwise. Would OBJ be my first choice? No. If he falls into your lap and wants to play with Mahomes for a year though lets roll! I personally would love to see us make a major move in the draft and get a young playmaker at WR to pair with Hill and Kelce for the next five years. |
