Arrowhead: Fan vs Cops

David Keitel, the fan who posted the video, said he started filming as soon as he came across the incident during yesterday's Cowboys-Chiefs game, so he has no idea what precipitated the arrest.

Police told KMBC-TV that they were called to respond to an unruly fan.

Police said the man then kicked an officer in the groin, severely injuring the officer. Another officer was also injured by the man, suffering lacerations to the head, arms and knees, police said.

At least the drunk guy can watch this and brag that it took 4 guys to hold him down. Those roly poly cops have to watch this and be reminded how weak and out of shape they are. They make George Zimmerman look like a UFC fighter in comparison.

Back in the 70s I did a few years as a sheriffs deputy; and trust me that display was nothing. Before there was pepper spray and tasers there was MR Expandable Baton and it almost never took more than one or two good wallops and any unruly drunken dipshit would be on the ground crying for his mommie. One of the reasons I quit that profession is that you only deal with idiots, morons and scumbags and almost all of would try to beat your ass if given half a chance......its easy to become jaded towards your fellow man.

thanks, I think. The tard level is lower in this thread than it is in the video. Usually I just let it go the way it's going when the majority of the posts are sensible. But I'm sure a troll will appear to try and raise the tard level soon enough.

There really should be a drink maximum in stadiums. I just don't understand people that go to these events and get so damn blasted drunk they probably don't remember shit about the game. Not to mention ruining the experience for those around them.

I like to hear from the professionals in cases like this. Imo perp got way out of line and could have got worse, but I don't know the rules like you guys do.

The cops were not smart enough to remove the restraints on his wrists, and put his hands behind his back. I am sure with three or four cops already on top of him, they could have done it quickly.

And an Arrowhead representative could request the video recording to stop and the person would have to comply, but outside of that, it is legal in all 50 states to video record police officers.

When I worked at Arrowhead there was a limit of 3 drinks but the question is how to enforce it. Kind of hard to track for each person. Another policy was the concessionaires are taught not to sell to someone that seems under the influence. Again, hard to enforce when there is a long line of impatient fans. Add to that the booze that is sneaked in and it boils down to each game, some people get stupid. I myself know that a determined drunk can resist such that it takes 5 people to obtain control. And as for the guy yelling, this is public property, look on the back of your ticket. It says that you are granted a license to attend the game and that can be revoked.

He was trying to bite the cop which gave the cop the right to punch him. Don't act like a douche and you don't get tased, punched and humiliated.

I had a shoplifter bite me while I was detaining him. I lit that ****ers face up and got suspended for it because the guy complained and wanted to press charges. The company I was working for had to seperate me from them or the lawsuit would've been on the them.

It's not right, but it's the way the world works. If you have numbers in a detainment situation no physical force other than tackling and grappling should be used.
