Make sure you're using their app and not trying to do it in a web browser. The app is seamless and takes less time overall. Every millisecond counts.

Yarp. Haven't had much trouble using Chrome, but if you're not in that queue the second it drops you're most likely SOL online. Gotten 2 of each console now and the best advice I can offer is follow one of the Twitter users compiling all the restocks, and constantly refresh the page about 30 seconds before it actually goes live.
