I joined but perhaps am too late to join league #2 because I am not seeing anywhere to setup a team name (or anything else outside of the Game Manual).

I got a pm from another player who reported that as well. I'm not seeing it in my league 2 team, so something's amiss.

Nope, only at 13 teams.

Lol, the “kaw” message (as in the noise a crow makes) was a debugging flag. I guess I forgot to clear it out. I will look at it tonight. Sorry about that.
