Blues remove the interim tag from Bannister and name him head coach; 2 year extension.

Well that's....anticlimactic. Just feels lazy and uninspired.

The team didn't meaningfully change a bit under Bannister. The record was a little better built largely on the dead cat bounce that came right after Chief got fired but otherwise was identical to what they were under Berube.

If you fire Berube and replace him with this guy...why? It was the same team. Just feels like they're content treading water. It's a Mozeliak move.

As someone who has played hockey for many years, watching the Rangers just let the Canes enter the zone time after time is infuriating.

It's an absolute shit gameplan to not stand them up at the blue line.

All of the Canes goals started by weak contention by the Rangers as they entered the zone.
