I like Ryan's podcast and Locked on Chiefs. But some of the meaningless banter drives me nuts.

Typical back and forth:

Ryan: So that Justin--

Chris (interrupting): Honestly,

Ryan: --Houston contract--

Chris (interrupting again): Honestly,

Ryan: --is interesting in that... ok Chris?

Chris: Honestly, if you want my opinion--

Ryan (interrupts Chris now): Of course we do Chris, we always value your opinion.

Chris: Well whatever, I just know my mentions on twitter are going to blow up after this, but honestly, if you want my opinion--

Seth (other host): Chrisssssss, we always value your opinion buddy.

Chris: Oh yeah. Sure. But anyway. Honestly, if you want my opinion--

(silence as Chris waits to be interrupted again)

Chris (resumes): --if you want my opinion? Bottom line, at the end of the day, I don't see how the Chiefs can pay Justin Houston $21 million this year. That's all I'm saying. I know my mentions are going to blow up. But I just don't see it. That's just my opinion, take it for what it's worth.

(silence because literally no Chiefs pundit or high-info Chiefs fan thinks they're going to pay $21M if Houston won't renegotiate)

I find his YouTube and podcast far inferior to other Chief podcasts and you tube channels.

I like them - Ryan, Chris, Seth and sometimes Matt Derrick - who's in the locker rooms.

What other podcasts do you like?

The Star puts out a podcast version of their Facebook Live chats if that counts. They're nowhere near as good as they were when Terez is still around, but it's something.

Arrowhead Pride is OK, but it's gotten too "refined" for my taste. I like fan podcasts. If I wanted polished talk, I'd tune into sports radio.

My favorite is actually AHPKC, because those guys crack me up and just sound like a couple of dudes that would hang out here. They're the least consistent in terms of posting, though.

4th and 1 is also worth checking out. I haven't listened to it as much, but I've liked it so far.

On iTunes the RGR podcast is almost unlistenable. You get Chris and Ryan talking about more function in the bedroom - followed by a 2-minute manscaping commercial from the national franchise - Locked on NFL. At least on youtube you only get 1 or zero commercials.

I know the guys need to make their money, but I really don't need the image of those two talking about performing in the bedroom - or some other dude talking about "patented skin-save technology" or "anti-chafing" in his manscaping device.

The Brohio Podcast does the best work with those blue chew commercials.

(Not sports, they're sort of like Last Podcast on the Left, a couple guys from Dayton talking about paranormal and true crime).

I can't find a good daily (or at least regular...) Chiefs podcast. The locked on guys sound like they're in a bathroom half the time and the AP guys sound exactly like you would expect AP guys to sound.

Yeah, "three white guys flirting" aspect of the show is garbage... they sit and giggle at one another for half the show.

I actually like the show. I just can't have the image of Chris and Ryan talking about sexual performance in the bedroom in my head - immediately followed by graphic description of things that can go wrong while manscaping.

Yeah they kept speculating he was going to get cut until it became obvious he was entrenched at #3, then they just stopped talking about him.

I'm guessing they must have gotten super excited about him at first? So they felt let down when he didn't turn into Tyreek Hill.
