In a week, hopefully it won't be an issue. At this point, they might want to see how Adams' leg reacts. If he shows gimpiness, then they can DL him, but I'd probably call up Grichuk and stash him in right with Craig at first until they hit the AL parks, at which point they can get OT in the lineup.
