Yeah, Pats fans can be condescending but they've been humbled recently. I've never found Bronco fans to be particularly hostile but again, that's my own experience.
I feel like the two weeks leading up to SB 54 were just as bad in the media and on here from Niners fans. I will acknowledge that at least the SF mayor wasn't as petty as the Cincy mayor was.

Well, I don't recall 49er fans saying the championship game was rigged 2 weeks before it even happened. Bengals fans (and apparently the entire Bengals TEAM) didn't know that all potential playoff venues sell advance tickets.

They're not just cocky, they're stupid. It's a rare combination, IMO. Usually the really cocky fans know a little bit about football.

It was textbook. If that's truly how you feel, then we might as well stop here.
Not only was the whistle blown, but the official who was blowing it was running and gesturing to stop play, which could have potentially been seen by players, especially players on offense who were facing his direction. That play was not going to count, whether we did or didn't convert. It's stupid for fans to call it a "do-over", because had we thrown a TD on that play, I'm about 99% sure, on the basis of watching NFL games for over 40 years, that the TD wouldn't have counted. NFL officials, rightly, simply do not give a ****. If the ball is dead, it's dead, as far as they are concerned. They "cancel" plays not infrequently, including scoring plays and big yardage gainers, especially for pre-snap penalties.

Yeah, no shit. Sort of like how when we lost to NE in the first AFCCG in overtime nobody gave a shit about the overtime coin flip. Then the Bills lose the same way and it's suddenly IT'S JUST NOT FAIR DAMMIT!!!!!!!!!!

It wouldn't have. Had that happened to take a TD off the board no one would have had issues with the "do over". Funny how no one on the Bengals sideline noticed the ref running either. You would think one would and had said something. None did, just complained about the play that never should have happened.

Exactly.

It's all excuses. Pure 100% fabricated bullshit that they're trying as salve to heal all the open wounds from their trash talking all week.

I think that's fair. They're cocky, dumb fans.

And of course they're dumb. They just started following football a year ago.

Everyone wants to hate on Mahomes and the Chiefs because they now realize that they're witnessing greatness. He wasn't supposed to be this good...this fast. The Chiefs weren't supposed to be back in the Super Bowl again this year after losing Hill.

So now they're grasping at straws for excuses. He's the golden boy. He gets all the calls.

They're just jealous that he isn't their QB.

Whole thing is weird. Media wants a rival in the worst kind of ways, but they loved it when Brady dominated a few decades. Even for a while having no real qb rival. The nfl doesn’t want to lean in on mahomes and I think they kind of resent that one of the most marketable players of all time plays in Kansas City.

Because I can assure you several states tons and tons of kids are becoming mahomes fans. Much to the disgust of their parents. He is Steph curry “must see tv”. It’s a shame the nfl doesn’t embrace this nearly as much as they could or should

We're 2-0 against the Bills in the playoffs as of late.

We needed that win against the Bengals last night..
