The time for vengeance has come.

I'm wanting to grab tickets to a game in October. I have a feeling I should be looking for those this week because prices might be climbing if we pull off the upset in Pittsburgh. Probably already did after last Sunday's game.

If they put Haden out there on a gimpy hamstring that is really asking for it with the Chiefs speed.

Rain will slow down Antonio Brown and JJSS, but will give speed to Scandrick?

And Haden will become a better corner, but only Hill will be slowed?

Most importantly it will slow Hill.

We don't need that. We need a dry field.

They have no burners (Pitt) we have to worry about. Brown is quick and without flaw but he's not a burner. Conner is solid but not spectacular.

We need a dry field and our speed (and speed rushers) able to cut and go...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

Here is what I am hoping doesn't happen this year.

Last year we started off hot and then sputtered when it starts to matter. If we lose to the Steelers, stings but meh whatever its still early.

I want to think that with Mahomes in charge we won't go into a mid season slump again like last year we beat teams we shouldn't and lose to ones we should beat.

As exciting as that game was last Sunday, I feel l like there was a lot of similar things from past Chiefs teams. Like the D sucking ass and three and outs when we just needed a first down to ice it. Those things will kill us when it matters in big games.

I think we will won't see who this team really is until mid season. Once other teams get film on us and all that and we will see how we respond.

I could see us coming out and beating the piss out of the Steelers I just have a feeling.

I dont get that vibe at all...Mahomes has shown he can produce without the starters. The moment Kelce went down against the Titans, Smith was lost..

I'm high on Mahomes for sure. I think he will make plays when Alex would have failed and it will win us more games.

I just got a sick feeling in my stomach watching the 3 and outs when we just needed a 1st down to give the Chargers 0 chance. Also watching the D look completely lost. Gave me flashbacks and I am a beaten dog!

He's their 2nd best run blocker (I ****ING TOLD YOU WE SHOULD HAVE DRAFTED HIM!)

Big Ben will play but his heart isn't in it. He'll retire after this year.

We need to piss in his pool...
