Who Here Is Planning To Buy “Pizza Insurance”?
Surely most of you have seen this crap from Dominos

Just buy their insurance, and if they get your order wrong, forget a sauce or take too long, they’ll make it right!

How stupid do they think people are?

Guess what, Dominos... I’m not buying it, and if you screw up my order you’re STILL gonna make it right!

Don't know anything about pizza insurance.

But Domino's is not good pizza. Of the major chains, Barro's is edible.

Around here, we have a mom and pop place called Santisi Brothers. Haven't had to eat a chain pizza in 15 years, thank God.

It seemed pretty clear, they were just highlighting the lengths they will go to in order to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

People are already accustomed to satisfaction guarantees, and 'the customer is always right' etc., so they came up with a pizza insurance concept to market how they'll supposedly make you a whole new pie and drop it off personally if you are in the least dissatisfied.

It's just a new angle on stressing their commitment to customer satisfaction.
