I tried the nice guy approach already acknowledging the excitement of their first home AFC title game, but it didn't work.

They immediately start breathing though their mouths, the knuckles drag and then they lash out in anger.

It's quite the combo. It's like a Jets fan meets a Panthers fan or something. One is angry beyond belief and the other knows nothing about football.
