Until they take away Section 230, it would be hard to sue a forum or get them in trouble as long as its not allowing discussion of illegal activity on its site.

Thats the whole point of section 230. Kyle cant vet every single thing posted in this forum. Vet every poster. It's not CP's job. But, they take away the section 230 exception, this site and every other like it are history.
