He never stopped calling plays. He just directed Nagy to whatever section of plays for that type of down situation on that play chart and it looks like Nagy always chose better from that chart section than Andy did IMHO.

Like I said it is about who did a better job choosing the plays from that chart. Looks like Nagy kicked ass the first 5 games and the last part of the season clear up through the first half of the Titans game.
