That is Kenny Wilson, JUCO transfer RB to the University of Nebraska.

What that video doesn't tell you is that the players were forbidden from tackling below the waist.

You know I can see why you don't want to get a player hurt, but if you can't even scrimage like you play for 20 plays or so...well thats why tackling has gone to shit everywhere. It's not easy to go. Don't tackle below the waist then in a game go out and do it. Anyone who played football knows that your instincts just kick in. How many years did I practice to put my head on the football and then in gametime of course you don't even think about it you do it.
