This is the type of Oline he wants. He built for the pass and then tries to run the ball right up the guy over and over again. It seems like we have 4 or 5 running plays. They are as basic as they come.

To me it's not about how much they run, it's about when they decide to run, both in terms of game situation and specific downs, and then which plays they choose. They need to run more to the left - it's just not a strength of the right side of the line.

If you get to watch the replay IIRC it was his right knee that you can see goes sideways which causes him to go down. When he goes down he lands directly on the other knee.

Are you serious? That 3rd down is essentially the game. You have to chuck that one up. He had no other option due to the situation of the pocket and yardage. U want him to just take a Alex Smiff check down or dirtnap sack? If u dont get the first there u lose the game 95 pct of the time. Great job on Pat there for not worrying about stats and trying to win the game....

Even chucking it there knowing u wont complete it can bait DPI
