Coming out of a lockdown around the first of June would put us at 70 days which is about what it took for China.

After a few drinks you forget about the taste. You can’t say after a few bites you forget it is log cabin syrup.
I make about 2 litres of syrup from the tree in my front yard every year.

South Korea is having recovered patients test positive again(91), they are unsure if it reactivating vs reinfection vs false negatives. Stuff like that may delay the return.

50-50. I don't have much faith in our testing though.
Tests are generally graded two ways: sensitivity and specificity.

Sensitivity is how good are you at determining the true positives (a scan that actually finds cancer in someone that has it). If they aren't very good, then you end up with a lot of false negatives--which is likely happening with the COVID tests

Specificity is the ability to rule out people that don't have a disease. In this case, finding a true negative--being sure that you don't have cancer.

Way above that out here in AZ for the last couple of weeks. People keep getting infected and dying though. Somehow.

We just need to hope the virus and the scientists can help. Hopefully the virus eventually "mutates" into the same form of some other coronaviruses and becomes less deadly while at the same time we find effective treatments.

Some scientists have stated the virus could turn less deadly sooner rather than later simply for its own survival. Being viruses generally don't want to kill their host.

There has to be a better way to test this.

Can you describe the difference to someone who has only ever had Aunt Jemima?

Do you have any idea about the logistics of what you're proposing?

The US isn't China.

If you think that New York is going to allow people to return to their jobs and open back up in 30 or 40 days, you may need to do a little research.
