Dee Ford's First Step
is amazing, and probably the best part of his game. It's fun to watch it on tape, and I can't wait to see it at arrowhead.

I do have a concern, though. He is very eager, and sometimes too eager. I hope he can find a balance between a great first step and not jumping offsides.

Does anyone know, or know how to find, his penalty stats in college? In the airport otherwise I'd look it up. I'm curious if this was an issue of his, or just something I was sensitive about when watching his games. I'm hoping it's the latter.

His second sack shows that it isn't just about timing the snap. He takes off well after the ball is snapped and still just blows by the LT.

It's clear he jumps a lot of snap counts. Lets see how he does vs NFL teams that change their count frequently and use hard counts. Also want to see how his rush is from stand-up instead of hand on ground in a wide 9.

Refs will probably call him off sides regardless when we play Denver...Then for holding if he's covering a TE.
