I don't understand if you're gonna go for that fattening of a sandwich why you do the 7 grain bread? Hell, go ahead and have a coke too instead of the diet coke.... no offense, Phobes...but that sounds pretty icky to me! Except the tomatoes, there is nothing better than home grown tomatoes this time of year.

I'm thinking you could take the ham and eggs out of that sandwich and it would still be pretty damn good. How wrong can wasabi mayo, cheddar cheese, good bread and fresh tomato really be?

Lately I've really been into turkey bacon. Since I found out I couldn't eat pork bacon any longer (HBP) I'm really diggin turkey bacon, w/ peeled tomato slices, light mayo on wheat toast. I like throwing avacado on a variety of other sand's though.

I really have a craving for the Z-man from Oklahoma Joe's.
