The more I look into it, the more I like this pick.
I agree that he looks like a poor man’s Kelce. What more could you ask for at TE2 with Kelcee’s age? |

Definitely some similarities to Kelce. The only real knock is that he needs to get a little stronger. Good pick.
It’s about time they brought in a decent 2nd TE. |

Travis Kelce is nearly two inches taller and 20 pounds heavier they aren't that comparable.
As a second TE he'll find openings I think. He's not a Kelce replacement down the line, he's complimentary |

20 lbs is nothing, especially considering he’s shorter. He can pack that on in an offseason.

He's kind of an H-Back type. I mean, I guess it'll be okay and give them another complementary weapon. I just don't especially feel too enamored with the pick. I'm trusting Reid on this one but until I see the product on the fiel I'm not getting excited about it. |

I just mean that his body type is not the same as Kelce. Finding Kelces in the draft is hard. He's rare

I would take 80% of Kelce's production in 4-5 years from this guy.

I love this pick in the sense that we had to address TE#2 at some point with someone other than Bell and Keizer. We did that with someone who could be pretty decent.

Looks like a Kelce clone. We have needed a good #2 TE and looks like we finally have it

Considering the recent lack of production the Chiefs have gotten from their TE2, if Gray can be comparable to the likes of Sean McGrath or Anthony Fasano, he'll be an upgrade to anyone they have had at that position in recent years.

heh. I think Demetrius Harris was the 2nd most productive TE the Chiefs have had in the last decade. Wrap your head around that.
