sooo, I might be moving to Kansas...
...from San Diego and was hoping to get some feedback.

I've been wanting to move to the Mid West for sometime now and think it is about time I do so.

I've been to Lawrence, Overland Park and KC a few times and like it quite a bit.

Can anyone give me a ballpark number of what the cost of a nice home is? Say 4 bedrooms, 2 baths in a nice neighborhood? What about the cost to rent a house?

Lawrence seems like a cool college town to live in. I have visited a few times there and like it.

So thats it...just looking for a change.

Lastly, does that mean I have to convert to a Chiefs fan if I move to KS?

The south has a ton of strip clubs compared to the midwest. I remember when I turned 21 in KC, we had to drive all over just to find a strip club and it wasn't even that racey.

Look to the northland.....North Kansas City School District, Liberty School District or Platt County are all top ranked.....you have the choice of homes range from the high end golf course house to the moderate ranch and everything inbetween....in addittion you are no more than 30 min. from the major attractions.....plus low crime and good roads......
