I知 looking at getting my brother in law some BBQ sauce from KC for Christmas. Which brand is the best?

I think the perfect KC BBQ 6 pack kit is:
1 bottle Gates Original Classic
1 Joe's KC Night of Living BBQ Sauce
1 Danny Edwards BBQ Original
1 Arthur Bryants Tart Red Sauce
1 LC's BBQ Original
1 KC Masterpice Original Silver Label

Before you bag on the KC Masterpiece, this is the original Rich Davis receipe with cane sugar, not the Clorox-Branded National BS with Corn Syrup in it. The above six is a really good cross section of all the different tastes of KC BBQ. I'd include Rosedale's Sauce, but it has to be refrigerated.

I'd also send some Gates Seasoning or Joe's Fries Seasoning.

Those kits are OK if you're ordering from outside KC. If you're in town, go to Hen House or Hy-Vee and they have most of the local sauces. Save a few bucks.

Night of the Living Sauce is KC Joe's hot sauce. They are same thing. (And it's my personal favorite.)

There's the original Joe's sauce, too. Even though shipping Joe's out here is ****ing expensive, I do appreciate they typically include one of each (plus I have like 4 of those seasoning things).
