Bring him in and use him as our coverage linebacker. That will keep his older legs fresh but improve our pass defense. Maybe he can read the formation and help get people lined up in the correct place too.

I'd take him for the rest of this year. Already knows the defense.

I mean, they're right.

His legs ARE gone.

But at the very least he'll know where to stand. The linebackers complete inability to be assignment sound is leading to coverage breakdowns across the board. If he's at least near where he's supposed to be, that's an improvement from guys running more quickly to the wrong spot on the field...

Ragland has been AIDS outside of one play this year, but I just can't see them getting rid of him right now. I don't know what is wrong with him, but I can't see him being cut yet.

Pretty damn sad state of affairs that has us re-signing guys that we knew had no tread left on the tires just because we couldn't find basic replacement level play in their stead.
