If a corner you like falls a bit in to round 2, trade up for him I guess otherwise, just keep adding talent.

It doesn't change it at all. They were always taking the best player on their board who isn't a qb.

Even if we don't have a complete defense yet it's going to be markedly improved, which should make us Super Bowl favorites. I think it's BPA all the way.

I'm not saying we don't need more corners...we do. But the idea that we have to take one at 2 seems a bit of a stretch, given some of the depth at that position this year. Plus, Spags is a cornerback savvy coach...surely he can work with and improve the trio of Breeland, Ward and Fuller. I'm more concerned with FS and WR, especially if Hill has any chance of being suspended (or released if it's the worse version of what could have happened). I'd like some insurance at TE as well.

First 3 picks , CB, S,WR, in whatever order you prefer. Throw in an OL and TE , after that , then whatever you prefer, RB,LB, some good depth, It all looks good now!

I agree BPA is the only way to go. For me I'd hope that would be CB or Safety and WR or TE for our second round picks.

It makes me less interested.
Trading the 29th pick in a DL-heavy draft is asinine. |

2nd+2nd gets you to 30 something on a trade up with #84 left
2nd+3rd gets you to mid 40's with one of #61 or #63 left There's still ammo available to move around if somebody they love falls and they have a 5, 2 6's and a 7 to take flyers on. BPA with the ability to move a little if needed. I find it hard to fault Veach very much so far this off season unlike some of my CP brethren.
