Chicago already traded for Foles. I highly doubt they want a costly three way battle.

My guess is the Chargers.

Most have them taking a QB with their #6 pick overall. But if Cam is healthy... might be the way to go for 2-3 years.

If by relevant you mean getting sports commentators to talk about the Chargers endlessly and have the preseason predictions for the Charger to win the AFC West...sure.

The Chargers could sign Newton and grab a LT at #6 and hit the ground running. And if they want a QB....they could take one in the 2nd or 3rd round to develop.
