The only one I can really think of that did without giving up a ton of draft capital is Green Bay. The chances of Indy landing a franchise QB just aren’t that great.
Chargers even if they didn't know it at the time with Brees to Rivers.

He hasn't owned shit.

The excuse about Rivers not having any talent around him is crap.

Not sure Brees would have been a franchise QB in SD. He was at 5.3ypa for his career before the injury. The dude landed in a perfect situation in NO.

Sure he would have. He always had a decent arm, exceptional accuracy, decent mobility, solid pocket awareness, a very good football mind, and the ability to pull the trigger quickly if he saw an opening. We would've loved to have had him here right after he left SD.

The 49ers went from Montana to Young, but I assume you’re talking about drafting franchise QBs back to back, right?

Not necessarily drafting. But I wouldn’t count Montana and Young because that happened before the modern era of free agency.

Rivers now plays in front of the best OL in football. Has two stud running backs and very capable young receivers. More importanly, he has a good coach. Colts will be formidable.

What do the Ravens have?
A running back who throws the football. Drafted another unproven running back. Average receivers. Their D lacks a pass rusher and now has weakened in the secondary. Ravens are one big hype machine.

Daunte Culpepper? Nah.

I will give you Dallas for now. Let’s see Dak win some meaningful games first though.

The Colts’ plan is for Charlie Brown to finally kick the football. Good luck.
