"The Plan"(c): WTF is it?
I know "The Plan"© is in process, but what exactly is "The Plan"©?

Also, I hear about "The Plan"© more than I hear about Hanna Montana or Brittany Spears. I assume "The Plan"© is some cool s**t to warrant that kind of attention. I feel kind of left out.

Seems like the plan was throwing Solari and the offensive line under the bus.

Problem for Carl/Herm is that no one believes Herm can select a good offensive coordinator, and allow him the autonomy to build a legit offense.

Another year with a #31st offense will be the end of Herm in KC, so if he wants to save his job, he needs to allow himself to be Dungified, but his ego probably won't let him.

I have to believe that Herm is a little nervous at this point, Mr. FringeNC. Honestly, if he screws up anymore here it will be difficult for him to find another HC job anytime soon and that's the part his ego won't be able to stand.

For that reason, I think it's possible he'll do the right thing and get some offensive help in here. Firing Solari is an indicator that Captain Herm has awakened to the fact that he'll go down with this ship without a decent OC.
