I heard that they were planning to play him more at quarterback this year.

So what did he do that was bad enough to get cut? Terrell Owens was the biggest locker room cancer ever and even he didn't get cut for it. The only person I can think of who got cut for being a jerk was Antonio Brown with the Raiders.

THIS. Veach has a damn good record. No GM is going to bat 100% on every FA, draft pick or trade. He’s earned the benefit of doubt.

Not to mention the excellent manipulation of the cap. $177 of cap room turns into new long term contracts for Mahomes, Kelce and Jones. Best GM in football.

Based on who the Ravens have had in their locker room over Harbaugh's tenure, you'd have to really do some stupid stuff to get cut, IMO.

This is pretty much all there is to it these days. If Veach wants him, great. If he doesn’t, great.

We don’t have to pretend we know better than our GM anymore. We can just sit back and watch the wins roll in.

Imagine a backfield of Honey Badger, Thomas, Thornhill, Ward, Breeland. We can role with two LB’s instead.

Spencer Ware isn’t great in coverage.

Gotta admit, that's a big hit in their secondary. I'm a bit dissapointed as I wanted us to destroy them when they had a full healthy 100% complete team. I've said it here before, the Colts are our main threat in the AFC. I never looked at the Ravens as legit.

Agreed. Philip Rivers has been our kryptonite. He’s owned Andy Reid ever since Reid became our coach.

Rivers has also never had any talent around him. Not at receiver. Not at tight end. Not at running back. He’s also always had a shit defense.
