For sure

But he’s been good in free agency of late too. Not all those dudes are early picks

Literally all of their best players are early picks. Earlier picks than the Chiefs have ever had with Veach.

Isn’t hiring a coach partly the GM’s responsibility? That would fall on Telesco for not finding the right guy to coach all that highly drafted talent.

that's why the draft is set up the way it is. Bad teams can get good players and hope to be better in the future. They've hit on most of their early first rounders it seems. Bills and Chargers and maybe the Bengals could be some competition in the AFC for the next few years. The tides are shifting, no more Pats dominance (thank God). Steelers are done for now.

Easy to have more success through the draft when you’re drafting high every year.

No, just not a dumbass overreacting to the Chiefs losing a couple games due to turnovers and taking it out on Veach.

Correct. Chargers are becoming a problem because their GM has done a much better job building their team than Veach has over here.

Shame we don't still have Dorsey or we'd still have a clearly superior roster.
