Next 5 weeks in the AFCW

How long till the Chiefs can take the lead in the Division?

Donks (3-3) next 5 games:Browns, WFT, Cowboys, Eagles, Chargers. Easily could lose them all, maybe pick off the Iggles or the WFT. Their season will be over in 5 games. I predict 3-8 by then.

Faid next 5 games (4-2): Eagles, Giants, Chiefs, Bengals, Cowboys - They could take out the Iggles and Giants. I don't think they are beating the Chiefs (though it will be a tough game cuz it always is), but I think the Bengals and Cowboys pound them. Still hanging around at 6-5.

Bolts next 5 games(4-2): Patriots, Eagles, Vikings, Steelers, Broncos - yeah they got pounded today but they are a better team than most anyone on their upcoming 5 games...Maybe the Steelers beat them...but I think they go undefeated - division leaders at 9-2

Chiefs next 5 games (3-3): Titans, Giants, Packers, Raiders, Cowboys - 3 wins for sure, but the Packers and the Cowboys...I dunno. I feel like we split those and go 4-1 in that span. 7-4.

Chiefs need to do some work to take the lead by December, and we need the Chargers to lose. Thoughts?

Well shit, things are shaping up as I said...though I didn't think this last week was gonna be a loss. Seriously this is gonna be potentially pretty rough if the Chiefs don't get their shit together. But I still maintain that the Faid is gonna fade, the Donks are done and the Chargers...well, who knows.

We just made the hill pretty steep with this loss, but it's not insurmountable. Right??

Both lines getting their shit pushed in. Hard to see Rodgers not embarrassing our defense. And I guarantee he wants to hang an L on Patrick.

Yep. No doubt in my mind. They'll beat the Giants. Then lose to the Packers, Raiders and Cowboys. I would not be surprised if they get beat by double digits by all 3.

Well well...after 9 weeks, the standings are as follows:

Raiders - 5-3
Chargers - 5-3
Chiefs - 5-4
Donks - 5-4

What the actual **** people. The AFCW is the toughest division in the AFC, followed by the AFC North. Or they are even. Either way, both divisions are tough.

I watched highlights from the other AFCW games this weekend. Raiders lost to the Giants, and it looked like it was a pretty close game, but the Raiders turned it over like 3 times including on a potentially game tying drive.

Then the fuggin' Donks DESTROYED the Cowboys in a game that looked like the Chiefs vs the Titans...Dallas just looked like shit all day, missed a TON of throws and catches and basically lost the game more than the Donks winning, but the Donks DID do some impressive shit...perhaps they too are finding their stride.

Chiefs pull off a win against the Rodgers-less Packers, and still look like they are figuring out how to play football on offense. But the Defense made strides, and Specials were great. Our heavy metal punter is getting it done along with the coverage team.

Chargers beat the Eagles with a buzzer beating field goal. Looked like a good competitive game.

So, we're basically all even at 5 wins.

So my OP thread is wrong as hell...heh...

Next week is huge for our heroes, it's a must win game against the Faid in their house on SNF...

Depends... BlackOp is posting conspiracy stuff again. My guess is that with the recent bad press coming from Raider Nation, the league will strike a few players as covid related and KC should steamroll.

Thought I would dust this off again to see how I did:

Originally, I felt that after the cowboys, week 11

Chiefs 7-4 - Nailed it
Raiders 6-5 - close
Bolts 9-2 -
Donks 3-8

So basically, just confirmation that I don't know shit. My how things changed over the last 5 weeks...

Obligatory FIX YOUR SHIT!

If we all had to dust off our predictions they would look bad.
