Not sure why....but early in the spring I dug out the only 2 Royals shirts I have left, one doesn't fit me so I gave it to my daughter, the other I started back in my rotation of t-shirts I wear.

People would just look at me and smile when they would see me wearing the shirt....some would mention 1985...some would mention George Brett and the Pine Tar Game and the "glory years" I'd smile and say baseball comes full circle and one day we'll be back.

Guess who's smiling now?

I don't like the idea of potentially throwing Vargas in the wild card if we lost the tie breaker. He just hasn't had his stuff lately. I hope Duffy goes if that happens. **** it. Big Game just needs another shutout at Detroit. Let's roll like that.
