Probably going to do some carnitas tacos for a late lunch around 2. The used left over carnitas meat for some nachos later on.
And beer.

I came up with a plan to put a big TV in the kitchen for the talkers and people not as interested in the actual game. If it gets close late I may go out to the garage to watch the end. |

Gonna BBQ a 9lbs whole pork tenderloin and i have collected enough Bronco and Raider tears (extra salty) for the special ingredient going in my BBQ sauce.

I want to spend the entire day engulfed in this new frontier the team has gotten us to. Plus our condo just hit the market and is staged, so I'm not fussing with any cooking or cleanup. Plan is to walk over and grab some Pizza al taglio and pick up some wings on the walk back. Feels strange not Q'ing, but no regrats.

I wouldn't mind smoking some burgers, but I'll probably just be cheap and order some wings to go.

I just went to the grocery store to pick up a few things - we're staying at home.
I swear, there was a Ro-Tel and Velveta display at both ends of every aisle, plus some displays halfway down the aisle. SB Sunday must be the biggest driver of Ro-Tel and Velveta sales! After passing the 10th display, an inner voice said, "That stuff is pretty good with some pork sausage in it." Their ploy worked.

The wife is making some kind of jalapeno dip made with some philly cream cheese and then she's making some butter and garlic steak bites. Since the weather is be-a-u-ti-ful here in the Ozarks I'm firing up the smoker and doing some ribs.
