Daredevil was probably the best one. It's a legitimately good show but definitely feels small scale compared to the MCU.

Jessica Jones was surprisingly good.

Luke Cage was just OK.

this! Punisher too. The broadcast TV shows are shit along with the crap Iron Fist. The Defenders was okay but underwhelmed me.

Jessica Jones season 2 wasn't as good as season 1 mainly due to the villain being not as good as Tennant's Killgrave.

I'm so tired of almost all MCU content. One of the few I've liked recently was Jessica Jones 1, but 2 was a big disappointment to me.
