Not much of a dessert eater but nothing sugary sweet, Not big on cheap bread and pancakes. Won't touch jello, marmite, or pets.(kidding) I'll excuse myself if slimy okra is even served. , I do like buttermilk calf's liver and onions, mushrooms, eggplant, Brussels sprouts, anchovies, kippers, stinky and blue cheese,s and almost everything everyone else hates. Including hot peppers and oysters of both varieties.

Yep, I try not to eat "processed foods. frozen pizza and I'm weening from that.
A few things I won't eat are from childhood...I think we all have one thing we were forced to eat...

There are a lot of foods that people generally like that I don't (strawberries, watermelon, winter squashes) but I don't know if that makes them over-rated. It's just a personal preference on my part.
I do think pie is pretty over-rated though. "Going out for pie" was a frequent event when I was growing up as was spending a bunch of time making homemade pies at Thanksgiving and i was just never much of a fan (and pumpkin pie is ****ing gross). I would much rather have a peach or apple crisp instead of pie. Also, pancakes and waffles. I've never had pancakes in my life that didn't sit like a brick in my stomach afterward, not to mention actually eating them wasn't anything special. Waffles are better but not worth the praise they seem to get, imo. They are basically vehicles to eat syrup. |

Also cue all of the "if you don't like X, then you've never had REAL X made with Y perfectly aged in 150 year old oak barrels and prepared in solid titanium cookware" responses.

Natural PB is trash. I don’t want to do the work of stirring that shit just to eat something that taste bland as hell.
