With Darby blowing his ACL in November there is basically no way this guy can pass a physical when he is not even through with rehab.

If the money's the issue, then don't sign him. We've got 4 picks in the top 100 selections. Use them both on CB if you have to.

Last thing they need is another Sammy Watkins contract for somebody who plays in only half the games.

No idea what Darby's camp is expecting, but if they expect him to be paid like the best CB in free agency compared to other years, we shouldn't bite on their bullshit.

Varrett signing makes me feel a little better there, I guess.

I think if they weren't damn confident they were gonna get something done they'd have told Varrett's representation to hold off on signing anything just yet. Give them at least a ballpark of what they'd be willing to do to get him to take a visit at least.

So far I've seen Veach trade away Peters and do **** all otherwise at cornerback. He's backed us into a corner of having to Shell out for Darby.
