Is it time to replace Arrowhead with a dome?
The cold, crappy Dec/Jan. KC weather doesn't appear to provide any real home field advantage anymore.

At least the fans wouldn't be so miserable in a nice climate controlled facility. No more thousands of no shows or leaving at halftime on bad weather days.

Sure I agree with that. But people would be more willing to go watch Patrick Mahomes regardless if they were comfortable and not in cold weather. I know I would personally go to more games at the end of the seasons if it wasn't for the weather. I think a lot of people would also. But they're not willing to pay the cost it takes to go to a game and still deal with the weather especially families with younger kids.

If the weather was the primary driver of attendance, you'll have to help me understand why Denver has no trouble getting people to show up.

The only thing that makes any sense in your argument is that people in KC are somehow unique in their inability to handle the weather.

It may have been some what weather related but I went to a couple of games this year and there was a shit ton of opposing fans there it was ****ing pathetic. I think we got a bunch of fair weather ST holders.

Lambeau is a sell out every game, IIRC. AND they have to sit on aluminum bleacher-style benches (could be different now; last time I was there was about 20 years ago). Pretty cold in GB after October as well.

If we're splitting hairs, sure. I don't think it's all that relevant in the grand scheme of things. Someone is welcome to provide some objective evidence that weather significantly affects attendance. I sure can't see any in the data.
