I think Klieman, Leipold, Campbell, Gundy, Dykes, and Aranada are good coaches.

But Saban is literally the GOAT and recruits players that only a handful of schools can do consistently.

Alabama, healthy, neutral site wins against any team in the Big 12 with Bryce Young by 20+. It’s not even really a discussion.

I think the best teams in the Big 12 probably could keep up with the rest any given night 9/10 times otherwise though

I agree. And in this very scenario, Bama beats every team in the SEC, save one. That’s how good they have been.

I get where you're coming from and think you're probably right.

I just think the gap between the #3 team in the SEC vs Alabama is equivalent to a difference being the height of the Smoky Mountains compared to the #3 team in the B12 being that of Mt. Everest.

What do we consider second tier of the SEC this year?

Kentucky/Arkansas/Ole Miss/Florida/Miss St/A&M?

Top tier of B12 this year being OK St., KU, K St., TCU?

I think TCU and Ok St. could beat quite a few of those teams.

Yea, I think that’s a fair list. I’m not sold on TCU. Diet OU? Yea, they might be the best team.
