Patrick Peterson - cryptic post!
Patrick Peterson changed his Instagram profile photo from his jersey to a picture of him in a suit - he also uploaded an image that reads "I see where we stand" - Does this mean ol PP is coming to the Kansas City Chiefs?!

We live in a new world of mahomes now. He doesn't need to shut everyone down on every possession. He's definitely smart enough to do what spags needs and he's plenty talented enough to make big plays and turnovers. But yeah, in terms of draft pick... Not that crazy about giving up the moon |

If i'm trading a first round pick, i'd rather have the 25 year old pass rusher than the 29 year old corner.

Assuming he's unhappy about his contract, do you really think he'd just come here and play for 11 million?

11 m isn't "highway robbery" for an above average corner. Find an above average corner in the 2nd round of the draft and pay him 3 million dollars.

With Clark, sure, you're gonna have to pay him a lot. But at 25, the chances you get the value from the contract are actually fairly high.
At 29, trading a first rounder for a guy that may fall off a cliff in 2 years, plus he's gonna want another deal? Nah, pass for me. |

I don't see the Cardinals getting a 1st round pick for Peterson.
