Anyone remember that mini-trend in the late 1980s where restaurants would put the grill out in the dining room, and you would pick out and cook your own steak? Then 33 percent of the time someone wouldn't pay attention and overcook their steak, so they'd steal yours and leave you with a burnt nub of a steak.

That wasn't a great idea on several fronts. I didn't go to restaurants with a goal of cooking my own food.

I’ll start with the extra did you dirty Purdy Vodka martini
For an appetizer I’ll have the Fried Rocky Mountain Oysters Bronco style (crushed)
The Luck wedge salad broken in three places.
For the main I’ll have the 13 ounce Allen cut KC strip with the Butker70 garlic butter sauce
And finally for dessert I’ll have the Joe Burrow cinnamon care bear crumble cake.

That's the upscale style look. Ruth Chris, Mortons, Flemings all have a similar look. It's not like the Texas Roadhouse. Most who will dine at this place, prob ably $150 per with drinks if your lucky, probably don't need to cruise or pick up anybody.
